Tasting Notes
Viticulture
This Riesling is made from the combined crop of two vineyard blocks from our vineyard. The fruit was harvested at the maximum flavour maturity and physiological ripeness.
Wine Making
The hand-picked grapes were whole-bunch pressed without skin contact. The juice was then fermented at cool temperature in 100 per cent stainless steel to preserve the freshness and varietal character of Riesling. There was no malolactic fermentation. Minimal fining and sterile filtering before bottling.
Aroma
|
A fragrant Riesling with an attractive nose of rose petal, orange blossom, lime and apricot.
|
Palate
|
The palate is fresh, mineral and balanced with aromas of stone fruiit, grapefruit and sweet tropical fruit.
